Most video editors are looking for a creative outlet. This team is looking for someone who ships.
This brand is producing 60 ad concepts a week on Meta and wants to double it. To get there, they need editors who are fast, reliable, and know what makes performance content actually work, not just look good.
The team works across UGC, AI UGC, and VSLs in the men's personal care space. If you've got the output and the eye for it, there's a place for you here.
WHO THEY ARE
A fast-growing DTC men's hygiene brand focused on natural personal care products. What started as a garage brand just two years ago has quickly become one of the fastest-growing brands in the category.
Their current output sits at around 60 concepts per week, and they're pushing to double it. The creative team is tight-knit: four creative strategists, a UGC sourcer, and a group of video editors working across UGC, AI-generated content, and long-form VSLs.
They move fast, they iterate often, and they measure everything. A winning ad isn't defined by how it looks; it's defined by how it spends. The team is distributed globally, the tools are modern (including AI UGC platforms), and the culture rewards editors who deliver clean, performance-ready work consistently.
This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
- Complete freedom over how you approach your work, as long as you hit your output and quality targets.
- Work with cutting-edge AI UGC tools and stay ahead of how the industry is evolving.
- Performance bonuses tied directly to the quality and speed of your output.
- Strong performers grow into senior editor roles, with the opportunity to train and onboard the next wave of editors.
WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
This role is focused on producing high-converting Meta ad creatives at volume, with a consistent daily output that supports a team trying to double its weekly concept count.
You will:
- Check your task queue in Notion daily and manage your own workflow, editing 2 to 3 videos per day depending on length and complexity.
- Produce a mix of UGC, AI UGC, and VSLs with advanced edits, all optimised for Meta ad performance.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists to bring briefs to life accurately and efficiently, minimising revision rounds.
- Work from an organised asset library, pulling footage and applying edits that match the brief and the platform.
- Join weekly calls with the head editor to review performance feedback, align on quality standards, and iterate on what's working.
- Contribute to a team pushing toward 120+ concepts per week, where speed and output consistency matter as much as craft.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a proven track record editing engaging short-form and long-form video content for paid channels.
- You're comfortable working with AI UGC generation platforms and using AI tools to assist in your workflow.
- You're proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut, and pick up new tools quickly.
- You have experience editing content specifically for Meta platforms and understand what makes a paid ad perform.
- You take feedback well, iterate fast, and treat every brief as an opportunity to produce something that spends.
- You're comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup, managing your own time against a clear task list.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience editing VSLs with advanced motion graphics or text treatments.
- Familiarity with the men's wellness or personal care space.
