We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join a high-growth, 8-figure DTC incubator that owns multiple health and wellness brands.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Founders to lead the development of ad briefs, analyze performance, and constantly research what makes scroll-stopping creatives that convert.
This role isn't about vanity metrics. It's about driving measurable performance through brilliant creative strategy, deep consumer insight, and a hands-on understanding of what works in Meta ads. WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Develop high-performing ad briefs grounded in data and competitor research to fuel direct-response video creatives that scale.
- Analyze creative performance across Meta and Atria, identifying winning angles, hooks, and patterns to double down on what converts.
- Continuously research new angles by diving into competitor ads, industry trends, consumer behavior, and weight-loss market insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with editors, creative coordinator and media buyers to align strategy with execution at every stage.
- Optimize ad output velocity by building a repeatable process that transforms research into clear, testable briefs fast.
- Use your creative intuition + data to iterate, test, and refine concepts for ongoing performance improvements across multiple brands.
WHO YOU ARE
- You’ve worked with 8–9 figure DTC health and wellness brands, ideally with exposure to the weight loss niche.
- You know your way around Meta Ads Manager and Atria, and you’re comfortable analyzing ad performance to extract what’s working and why.
- You love crafting clear, actionable briefs that help creators produce ads that convert.
- You don’t need hand-holding; you come with ideas.
- You’re organized, proactive, and know how to move creative workflows forward without delays or chaos.
- You understand the fundamentals of performance marketing and how to build creative that drives measurable results.
- You can work independently, manage your own schedule in a remote setting, and thrive in fast-paced environments where outcomes matter.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You’ve fully onboarded, studied existing creative performance across brands, and delivered your first round of briefs based on competitive research and internal data.
60 Days: You’re consistently identifying winning angles, refining creative briefs based on ad performance, and collaborating with editors and media buyers to iterate effectively.
90 Days: Your strategies are driving scalable performance. Winning concepts are being doubled down on, the creative testing process is smoother, and your input is directly contributing to stronger ROAS and faster turnaround.
