Are you a media buyer who lives inside Meta Ads Manager and wants to own six figures a month to spend with real autonomy over budget, testing, and scaling? This is a chance to take full ownership of paid media execution for a fast-growing portfolio of DTC ecommerce brands, working directly with the founders who built the account from scratch.
Day to day, you'll manage live campaigns, push weekly creative tests, and report straight back on what's working and what needs to scale.

An eCommerce incubator building and scaling consumer packaged goods brands in large, durable markets. The portfolio currently operates in the wellness and skincare space, with multiple brands in active growth stages and plans to expand further over the coming years.
The team is lean and operator-led, with experience across marketing, finance, supply chain, and brand. Paid acquisition, disciplined capital allocation, and operational efficiency sit at the center of the model.
This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Manage and optimize live Meta campaigns daily, adjusting bids and budgets based on ROAS, CPA, and MER
- Launch and QA 15 to 30 new creative tests a week, keeping the account constantly fed with fresh angles
- Structure campaigns and ad sets built to scale winners fast once they prove out
- Own budget allocation across tests and scaling decisions on what's working
- Report on performance weekly and align with the creative team on what to push and what to cut
- Help lead the expansion into TikTok and Google as the account grows
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience, with real ownership of accounts spending $100K+ a month
- You come from DTC ecommerce, not B2B or lead gen, ideally in beauty, wellness, personal care, or lifestyle
- You're highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Sheets, comfortable turning raw data into clear reporting and decisions
- You've personally driven specific results, ROAS improvements, CPA reductions, scaling wins, not just contributed to a team number
- You have a sharp analytical foundation and can build a performance narrative straight from raw data
- You're comfortable structuring campaigns, allocating test budgets, and scaling winners without being managed closely
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience running TikTok Ads or Google Ads alongside Meta
- Familiarity with TripleWhale or Northbeam for blended MER reporting
- Comfort pulling in Shopify or Amazon data as supporting performance signals
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You understand the account structure, the current testing cadence, and the reporting setup, and you're already making live optimizations on your own.

60 days: You fully own day-to-day execution, keeping the weekly testing cycle running, and you're starting to make your own scaling and budget calls with founder alignment on the bigger moves.

90 days: You're driving account performance independently against aggressive revenue targets, holding ROAS and CPA steady, and trusted to expand testing and budget allocation with minimal oversight.
