This DTC brand incubator is looking for a Creative Strategist to own ad concepts and scripts across fast-growing beauty, wellness, lifestyle and personal care brands.


You’ll turn research and performance data into scroll-stopping creatives, partnering closely with in-house editors, designers, UGC creators, and a performance-driven marketing team.

The company is a multi-brand DTC incubator operating across the US, Asia, and Europe. They build, acquire, and scale consumer brands in beauty, wellness, health, lifestyle and personal care, with several brands already at 7–8 figures in annual revenue.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This is a hands-on performance creative role with end-to-end ownership of your creative output.

You will:

  • Turn research into insights that shape angles, hooks, and storylines for high-performance video ads.
  • Write conversion-focused scripts and briefs that give editors and creators everything they need to execute.
  • Drive the entire creative process end-to-end, ensuring every asset ships with clarity and intent.
  • Work closely with strategy and ops to plan and deliver consistent creative output.
  • Review performance data to identify what’s working and fuel your next concepts.
  • Keep the creative systems updated with scripts, ideas, and winning patterns.


WHO YOU ARE

Experienced in DTC creative: 3+ years in DTC copywriting or creative strategy, ideally across beauty, health & wellness, lifestyle or female-focused brands.

Direct response-minded:  you understand how to structure short-form video ads and care about conversion, not just aesthetics.

Portfolio-ready: you can show strong examples of scripts, hooks and angles for performance creatives that have actually run.

Data-aware: you’re comfortable looking at dashboards, understanding win rate, and spotting patterns in what makes a “winner.”

Research-obsessed: you enjoy deep dives into customer psychology and competitors and can convert insights into sharp scripts and briefs.

Systems-friendly: you’re comfortable working inside Notion, ClickUp, and structured SOPs.

Outcome-oriented: open to feedback, quick to iterate, and focused on the result.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days

  • You’ve absorbed SOPs, brand positioning, and audience insights for the brands you’re assigned to.
  • You’re delivering scripts consistently and plugged into the existing creative workflow and tooling.

60 days

  • You’re producing high-quality scripts and angles regularly, with fewer revisions.
  • You’re actively contributing ideas in strategy/performance calls and starting to influence broader creative direction.

90 days

  • You’ve contributed winning ads that hit internal benchmarks for spend and ROAS.
  • You’re starting to own creative strategy for at least one brand, improving win rate and hook performance with minimal supervision.
