Creator Marketing Coordinator

YOUR MISSION
As the Creator Marketing Coordinator, your core mission is to support the efficient execution and management of creator and influencer campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok). You will own the operational workflow from initial outreach and negotiation through final content review, ensuring high-quality, performance-driven content is delivered on time to build and grow client reputation and brand awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and implement one-time and/or recurring campaigns, managing all phases from creator discovery, outreach, and rate negotiation, to creative deliverable management.
- Source, onboard, negotiate, and manage all content creator and influencer relationships and deliverables.
- Distribute contracts and meticulously review content to ensure it meets both stakeholder and brand expectations.
- Use best practices to utilize content (UGC/influencer) to drive performance, conversions, and boosted reach through paid media ad spend (whitelisting and repurposing).
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to analyze content performance, make whitelisting recommendations, and create a continuous feedback loop for campaign improvement.
- Assist in analyzing social media/content marketing data and building reporting presentations for client stakeholders to assess performance and opportunities.
WHO YOU AREĀ
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing management.
- 1+ year of agency experience is required.
- Proven track record of end-to-end creator and influencer campaign management (including strategy development, negotiation, and analysis).
- Strong understanding of American culture and social media trends, and knowledge of how UGC/influencer content drives conversions via organic, paid, and boosted reach.
- Confident communication skills with proven experience in talent/creator communication, relationship-building, and negotiation.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple creator campaigns across diverse clients while effectively meeting deadlines.
- Experience with discovery/automation platforms used for sourcing, evaluating, and managing influencer relationships (e.g., Aspire, Grin).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You have fully integrated with the Creator Marketing team, familiarized yourself with the client roster, and taken ownership of the outreach and negotiation process for an initial set of campaigns.

60 Days: You are autonomously managing multiple creator campaigns end-to-end, distributing contracts, reviewing content, and providing initial whitelisting recommendations to the Performance Marketing team.

90 Days: You are a core contributor to the team, analyzing campaign data to support reporting decks, and leveraging your creative mindset to introduce innovative ideas for growing brand presence.
