The eCommerce Web Designer sits at the intersection of high-end design and direct-response performance. Every page, every layout, every interaction exists for one reason: to drive revenue. You'll own the design and optimization of key funnel pages, continuously improving how users move, engage, and convert.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Design marketing-led prelander pages that align perfectly with top-of-funnel ads to boost initial click-through rates
- Audit and redesign existing site elements to solve speed and design bottlenecks, resulting in a faster, more seamless user experience
- Utilize and expand upon the existing design system to ensure brand consistency across all internal wellness labels
- Engage in rapid feedback cycles via ClickUp to turn marketing insights into live digital assets
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on designing A/B tests that directly improve the site’s conversion rate
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of web design experience, specifically within the DTC e-commerce space
- You have a deep understanding of copywriting and how visual hierarchy supports a marketing message
- You are highly proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and modern AI design tools
- You don't just design for vibes; you design for ROI, understanding the nuances of consumer behavior and avatars
- You thrive in a feedback loop environment and are eager to defend your design choices while remaining open to team pivots
