However, this agency is looking for a Growth Strategist to step into a role where your impact stretches far beyond an ad account and deep into the client’s P&L. Trusted by over 200 global brands and having managed $100M+ in spend, this team exists to solve the complex growth challenges that limit a brand's ability to scale. You will be empowered to take ownership of end-to-end outcomes, translating performance data into clear growth strategies that drive real business results.

This team operates as an integrated growth advisory, combining data science, finance, and creative strategy into a single system. They have managed over $100M in ad spend to generate more than $500M in revenue for over 200 global brands.

This is a fully remote, full-time role with core crossover hours of 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM AEST.


WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Use contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC frameworks to model potential results and guide client budget decisions.
  • Plan and implement high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok aligned with commercial targets.
  • Proactively identify auction dynamics and creative fatigue before performance declines.
  • Deliver high-context video and written reports that connect daily marketing tactics directly to P&L outcomes.
  • Analyze conversion data and trend attribution to find where the next marginal dollar drives the most impact.
  • Lead Ad Ops and Creative teams to turn strategic hypotheses into executable, high-performance assets.
  • Participate in weekly strategist-led deep dives to challenge assumptions and sharpen commercial reasoning.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 5+ years of experience managing multi-channel eCommerce portfolios (7–8 figures) in an agency or high-growth DTC environment.
  • You are an expert in Meta and Google Ads, capable of independently building and scaling campaign structures.
  • You have a deep grasp of eCommerce unit economics, including LTV, CAC payback, and margin constraints.
  • You are a perpetual student who is self-directed and treats every learning resource as a tool to compound your impact.
  • You possess sincere candor, offering direct, caring feedback to ensure strategy remains commercially sound.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: Complete the 6-week structured immersion; align with technical and reporting standards while supporting live accounts.

60 days: Take ownership of key optimizations and reporting; proactively identify performance risks or churn signals.

90 days: Operate with full ownership of workstreams; connect performance directly to profitability and maintain 100% client retention.
