ACCOUNT LEAD

YOUR MISSION
As the Account Lead, your core mission is to define, execute, and scale e-commerce marketplace strategies for a portfolio of brand clients. You will be the primary strategic partner, responsible for ensuring all efforts drive profitable growth through disciplined execution and clear, data-backed communication.
This is a fully remote position supporting the EST time zone, open to candidates based in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, India and Pakistan.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Define the complete overarching brand strategy, including channel selection, product positioning, pricing approach, and go-to-market planning, specifically leveraging Amazon.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular, strategic communication, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment to meet revenue targets and work closely with the Director of Marketplaces to ensure catalog accuracy and pricing consistency across all marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the Advertising Manager to set, track, and align ACOS/TACOS targets with broader business objectives and profitability goals.
- Lead all reporting, presenting data-driven performance updates in both verbal and written formats, maintaining full transparency and alignment with client objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on brand management experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central and other E-commerce marketplaces.
- Must have 1–2 years of experience successfully communicating complex performance data, strategic recommendations, and technical insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experienced with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting, and Parent/Child Variations. Experience with Walmart.com is a significant plus.
- Strong command of core E-commerce Metrics, proficiency in data interpretation, and proven ability to build processes and reporting that enable scalable brand impact.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional fluency in English required to lead strategic client conversations.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You have fully onboarded a client portfolio, audited existing marketplace performance, and established strong working relationships with the internal Growth, Strategy, and Advertising teams.
60 Days: You are leading all client communications, have defined initial strategic adjustments, and are actively managing key operational cycles (forecasting, replenishment) to meet current revenue targets.
90 Days: You have successfully executed a major go-to-market or optimization strategy, demonstrated a tangible positive impact on client profitability, and are viewed by clients as an indispensable strategic partner.
