We're looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to bring optimised processes, strategic insight, and a seamless connection between supply chain and customer experience to our team.
You will own the operational engine of the company, becoming the person who turns forecasting data, supplier relationships, and logistics flows into reliable workflows that support growth.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Supply Chain, Logistics Partners, Suppliers, and Customer Experience, ensuring stock discrepancies are corrected, order flows are seamless, and the organization always has the right products at the right time.

30 Days: Audit all current inventory tools, internal spreadsheets, and logistics partner portals. Establish a daily rhythm for monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies. Get up to speed on all active supplier relationships and ensure immediate order flows are functioning correctly across systems.
60 Days: Take ownership of the demand forecasting model and build out the full quarterly forecast. Coordinate with internal teams to validate purchasing needs and identify any gaps in the production plan. Streamline the documentation process for retail partners and international shipments.
90 Days: Fully own the operational engine, ensuring a seamless connection between supply chain, operations, and customer experience. Drive strategic decisions regarding supplier development and new product costing. Ensure the organisation achieves optimal inventory accuracy and always has the right products at the right time with zero operational friction.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
