Most e-commerce communities sell motivation. This one is built around operators who’ve actually scaled brands and now need someone who can help students do the same.

We’re looking for a Head of eCommerce Coaching who understands DTC growth from the inside: creative strategy, direct response marketing, funnels, landing pages, Meta ads, and what it actually takes to launch and scale an ecommerce brand.


You’ll own the coaching experience end-to-end, improving student outcomes, building the systems behind the programme, supporting the coaching team, and helping turn a fast-growing community into the go-to place for people who want to learn ecommerce properly.

This is a full-time, fully remote role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This role is focused on improving student outcomes, scaling the coaching experience, and helping entrepreneurs launch and grow ecommerce brands successfully.

You will:

  • Support students directly by helping them improve their offers, ads, funnels, landing pages, product strategy, and overall ecommerce execution
  • Run coaching calls, masterclasses, and educational sessions around areas like:
  • Meta Ads
  • creative strategy
  • direct response marketing
  • Shopify
  • TikTok Shop
  • product research
  • scaling ecommerce brands
  • Work closely with the coaching team to improve how support, feedback, and education are delivered across the community
  • Analyze student progress, identify common bottlenecks, and implement systems or resources that improve success rates
  • Build SOPs, templates, frameworks, guides, and educational resources that help students execute more effectively at scale
  • Help improve the overall structure and performance of the coaching program through reporting, analysis, and operational improvements
  • Support and oversee other coaches while helping create accountability and consistency across the coaching experience
  • Collaborate directly with the founders on improving the community, curriculum, and student experience


WHO YOU ARE

You’ve been deep in the weeds of ecommerce building, scaling, failing, iterating. Now you want to take that hard-won experience and turn it into something bigger: shaping the next generation of operators.

  • You have 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, ideally within DTC brands, ecommerce agencies, or performance marketing environments
  • You have strong experience with Meta Ads, creative strategy, direct response marketing, funnels, and landing pages
  • You’ve either:
  • scaled your own ecommerce brand
  • worked inside an ecommerce agency
  • managed/scaled ecommerce brands for clients
  • or built dropshipping brands
  • You understand how ecommerce brands actually grow, from product selection and offers to ads, conversion, and scaling
  • You are comfortable coaching, teaching, and simplifying complex concepts in a practical way
  • You are proactive, high-agency, and capable of diagnosing problems independently while bringing clear solutions
  • You are organized and enjoy building systems, frameworks, SOPs, and scalable educational resources
  • You have excellent communication skills and can create strong engagement in coaching calls, videos, and community interactions
  • You are fluent in English


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: Fully understand the coaching structure, student journey, and existing training systems while actively supporting students and identifying the biggest gaps in execution and education.
  • 60 Days: Improve the consistency and quality of coaching delivery, launch stronger systems/resources for students, and begin increasing successful launches across the community.
  • 90 Days: Operate as the central owner of the coaching experience, with clearer student outcomes, stronger accountability systems, and a more scalable support structure for the growing community.
