Affiliate marketing is set to be the biggest scaling factor for this brand. We’re partnering with a group of elite entrepreneurs with multiple 8 and 9-figure exits in the DTC and EdTech spaces who have launched a category-defining AI "Command Center". Unlike basic AI tools on the market, this proprietary platform replaces a dozen scattered tools by integrating deep creative data mining, high-converting asset creation, and full performance reporting into a single interface.


Their tool has already bootstrapped to 500+ active users through internal networks alone. They’re now looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to take over their existing list of high-leverage partners and build the recruitment, tracking, and commission infrastructure from zero to scale this to 5,000 users and beyond.


WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • As the first hire for this department, you have the authority to build the recruitment, onboarding, and tracking processes from scratch
  • Work directly with a seasoned leadership team of successful entrepreneurs with 8 and 9-figure exits in the DTC and software space
  • This is a 100% remote contractor role that prioritizes results and high-quality output over tracked hours

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Design the recruitment and tracking systems from the ground up to ensure a seamless experience for new partners
  • Take over the current outreach sheets and transform them into a robust, active network of software-focused affiliates
  • Develop and implement competitive commission models (tiered, hybrid, or percentage-based) that align partner incentives with company growth targets
  • Partner with the Head of Growth to ensure affiliates are armed with high-converting creative assets and exclusive landing pages
  • Monitor performance and attribution daily to ensure the affiliate avenue remains a high-performing, profitable acquisition channel
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partners, turning strategic relationships into a predictable, scalable revenue engine


WHO YOU ARE

  • Significant experience in affiliate marketing specifically for software/SaaS companies, understanding the unique nuances of recurring revenue models
  • A self-driven action-taker who finds solutions to roadblocks and thrives in a flexible environment without micro-management
  • Proficient in setting up tracking stacks and capable of turning "no clear process" into a well-oiled machine
  • A mindset fixed on data and KPIs, taking personal ownership of the channel's ROI and the company's bottom-line results
  • Interpersonal skills to negotiate and manage global affiliate relationships effectively while maintaining brand alignment
