WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Define and create the starting marketing mix to scale the platform from its early stages to 5,000 active users
- Transition the company from founder-led, ad-hoc efforts to a structured, data-driven marketing department
- Personally design and launch the high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and email funnels required to drive immediate inflow
- Partner with the Affiliate Manager to build a worldwide web of influencers and partners that creates a consistent, scalable lead source
- Own the full-funnel CAC & LTV by optimizing every touchpoint, from Meta and Google Ads to organic loops, to ensure they are acquiring high-value users profitably
- Analyze user behavior and performance data to refine the "all-in-one" value proposition, ensuring the tool stays indispensable to the e-commerce market
- Identify when and where to bring in specialists (media buyers, designers, or freelancers) to scale your successful experiments into permanent pillars

- A self-starting operator who doesn't wait for a brief; instead, you create the instructions and solve problems without being micro-managed
- A proven track record of scaling software tools, specifically navigating the jump from founder-led traction to a structured growth engine
- Natural reliance on user behavior and performance analytics to sharpen the "all-in-one" value proposition and maximize LTV
- Technical comfort navigating the modern growth stack, including Meta/Google Ad Managers, Active Campaign, and Airtable
- A mindset that treats the company’s bottom line and growth targets as a personal mission
- Ideally, 5–10 years of marketing leadership, with a preference for those who have scaled AI-driven software tools
