Are you a performance-obsessed marketing leader who can own the full revenue engine of a fast-scaling direct response eCommerce brand? This role places you at the center of growth, responsible for managing all paid channels, diagnosing funnel performance, and ensuring the company hits aggressive Spend, CAC, AOV, and revenue targets.

You will lead media buyers across Facebook, Native, Google, AppLovin, Email, and more while working cross-functionally with creative, CRO, tech, and founders to keep performance strong, stable, and scalable. If you know how to get into the weeds, identify constraints instantly, and drive a team toward consistent profitability, this role is for you.

WHO THEY ARE

The company is a rapidly scaling, performance-driven DTC organization in the health & wellness space. Built on a strong foundation of direct-response expertise, a robust funnel ecosystem, and a highly effective backend, the brand delivers natural, non-invasive solutions to consumers seeking relief from chronic pain. With 100+ team members across different departments, the business combines speed, accountability, and excellence to drive consistent growth.

The culture is fast-paced, high-standard, supportive, and rooted in ownership. Team members are self-starters who learn quickly, think critically, and bring solutions - not problems.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Ownership over every performance lever—from paid media to funnel diagnostics
  • Influence within a 9-figure direct-response machine scaling aggressively
  • Performance bonus structure directly tied to hitting company targets
  • Access to elite mentors and training (value exceeding $120K annually)
  • A clear path toward VP of Marketing or CMO as the brand expands into a portfolio model

WHAT YOU’LL BE OWNING

Paid Media Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor media buyers across Facebook, Google, Native, Programmatic, AppLovin, Email, Organic, and Call Centre channels
  • Ensure each buyer consistently meets CAC, Spend, Revenue, and AOV goals
  • Identify performance issues early—before they become revenue-impacting
  • Provide hands-on direction at the ad, creative, funnel, or tech level

Funnel & Diagnostic Excellence

  • Develop a deep, daily understanding of long-form funnel metrics (CPA, AOV, LTV, churn, MER, approval rates, CVR)
  • Detect AOV fluctuations, funnel leakage, or performance degradation in real-time
  • Analyze trends daily, weekly, monthly, and across rolling 3-month windows
  • Recalibrate CAC guidance when AOV or funnel dynamics shift

Performance Reporting & Visibility

  • Maintain a real-time reporting environment showing:
  •  Which platforms, creatives, landers, or funnels are winning
  • Where spend can be scaled
  • What must be cut or fixed immediately
  • Own attribution and reporting tools and ensure they are used daily
  • Ensure media buyers complete structured pre-call sheets for performance meetings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, CRO, Tech, and Payments teams to ensure seamless performance
  • Pinpoint whether issues relate to creative fatigue, A/B tests, tracking, or technical errors
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to close performance gaps with new content or angles

Leadership & Culture Contribution

  • Promote a culture of speed, ownership, clarity, and high accountability
  • Operate autonomously while maintaining tight alignment with founders and senior leadership
  • Serve as the central performance authority across the organization

WHO YOU ARE

  • A senior performance marketer with deep experience in direct-response environments and multi-channel paid acquisition (Meta, Google, Native, Programmatic).
  • A funnel and metrics expert fluent in CAC, AOV, MER, LTV, churn, CVR, and approval rates—someone who can diagnose performance issues instantly.
  • A hands-on leader who has managed media buyers, upheld high performance standards, and drives clarity, speed, and accountability without micromanaging.
  • Data-driven and tool-savvy, comfortable with attribution/reporting systems like Hyros, Triple Whale, or GA4.
  • A self-starter with high ownership, comfortable in a fast-paced, non-9-to-5 culture where performance comes first.
