Ten million organic views a day. A paid side that's barely scratching the surface of that potential. And one role that determines whether this brand stays at $30M or breaks through $100M.
This isn't a job for someone who makes pretty ads. It's for someone who builds systems, testing cycles, iteration frameworks, a creative roadmap that actually compounds. The gap between those two numbers is mostly a question of who's sitting in this seat.
WHO THEY ARE
The largest DTC brand in blackout blinds got there by noticing one thing: most blackout products aren't actually blackout. Their fix, a custom track-and-frame system that seals the entire window perimeter, turned a product gap into a $25-30M business.
Working here looks nothing like working at a typical $30M brand. There's no layer of management second-guessing decisions, no month-long feedback cycles.
The way the team operates reflects the same no-BS logic as the product:
-
You run your function end-to-end: Remote-first, fully autonomous, no micromanagement.
-
Fast and direct communication: Honest feedback, short loops, high pace.
-
Serious growth targets: $30M to $100M in a year.
This is a fully remote, full-time role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Own the end-to-end creative strategy for Meta, moving the account from repurposed organic content to purpose-built performance creative.
- Develop 5–10 new creative concepts per week, including hooks, angles, scripts, and CTAs, with a focus on hitting a 10% monthly hit rate.
- Analyze performance data (CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate, Hold Rate) to identify why ads are winning or losing and translate those insights into the next testing batch.
- Brief and collaborate with in-house editors to ensure high-volume, high-quality production of ad assets.
- Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap and a "learnings database" to ensure every test contributes to a documented strategy.
- Conduct continuous competitor research and market analysis to stay ahead of trends in the DTC and sleep space.
- Master the use of AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to accelerate ideation and content production.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, specifically within the DTC ecommerce space.
- You have a proven track record of creating and scaling Meta ads, with the ability to speak to specific spend levels, ROAS, and hit rates.
- You are a systems thinker who doesn't just "have ideas" but builds repeatable processes for testing and iteration.
- You are data-fluent and comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, pulling insights beyond surface-level metrics.
- You are a clear communicator who can write briefs so precise they require zero follow-up questions from editors.
- You are a proactive learner who actively consumes marketing content, newsletters, and communities to stay sharp.
- You thrive in a scrappy, hands-on environment and prefer executing to managing large, slow-moving teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
-
30 Days: Ad account audited, competitor landscape mapped, first 5 creative angles identified. First 10–15 ad batches delivered with a tracking system in place.
-
60 Days: Weekly testing rhythm running at 6+ batches. First-month winners in iteration, new formats in play, long-form copy, statics, AI-assisted content.
-
90 Days: Creative engine fully operational. Hit rate benchmarks established, a clear path to scaling Meta spend from $250K to $500K/month based on creative output.
