WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2+ years of digital design experience, ideally with a focus on email for ecommerce or DTC brands
- You’re highly proficient in Figma, including components, auto layout, and scalable design systems
- You understand email design best practices, including mobile-first layouts and visual hierarchy
- You think about design through a performance lens, not just visual appeal
- You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and manage feedback professionally
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience designing emails in Klaviyo
- Familiarity with retention marketing or lifecycle journeys
- A basic understanding of email performance metrics
