Traffic is flowing. Now it's time to rebuild the entire digital experience into a revenue engine. The Head of CRO position sits at the centre of that transformation - owning the full conversion ecosystem from first click to repeat purchase.

This is a full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Analyze data and marketing performance to create winning hypotheses that solve real friction points in the customer journey
  • Lead the design process, utilizing Figma and Photoshop to ensure every test meets high aesthetic and conversion standards
  • Launch and oversee at least 3–5+ structured experiments per month to consistently drive up the current 4% conversion rate
  • Manage freelance designers and developers, ensuring every experiment is built to spec and on time.
  • Document and share experiment results through Slack and ClickUp to align the marketing team with winning insights
  • Own the entire CRO workflow, from identifying inspiration to final implementation and measurement


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a track record of scaling high-growth DTC brands, with strong expertise in CRO, LTV growth, and leading design and development end-to-end
  • You have a deep understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology, not just technical testing
  • You are skilled in Figma, Photoshop, and AI tools
  • You understand that words sell, and you have the skills to craft or refine high-converting copy for your experiments
  • You don't wait for instructions; you identify bottlenecks, find inspiration, and lead the team toward solutions
