We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven  Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of the Amazon channel for a fast-growing 8 figures in annual revenue DTC brand. If you're experienced in building and optimizing storefronts, scaling ad campaigns, and crafting keyword-rich product listings that convert, you’ll love this opportunity.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Execute brand strategy, including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams like Marketing Operations and Finance.
  • Manage external Amazon agency
  • Maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate, and that product and pricing updates are consistent across Amazon’s marketplace
  • Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance
  • Lift conversion rates by enforcing high-quality listing optimization standards and continuously improving CTR and CVR through data-backed creative testing
  • Implement a structured PPC framework that improves ROAS, lowers TACoS, and scales ad spend profitably across all brands
  • Manage forecasting of annual sales, management of inventory planning & replenishment, preventing stockouts and lost sales by building disciplined demand forecasting and purchase planning systems that maintain high in-stock rates
  • Implement marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, and Display ads
  • Monitor performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CVR, etc.) and produce clear & actionable reports
  • Monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; analyze brand positioning, consumer insights and other various data, including sales trends, conversion rates, and return trends
  • Manage an external marketplace agency


WHO YOU ARE

  • You’ve led Amazon operations in a direct-to-consumer or performance-driven ecommerce environment where speed, iteration, and conversion rates matter
  • You have a deep knowledge of Amazon FBA, from flat file catalog uploads to shipment creation, account health troubleshooting, and marketplace expansion
  • You’re metrics-driven, process-focused, and thrive on building scalable systems that produce clear results
  • You understand how PPC and listing optimization drive growth, and you know how to build systems that deliver results at scale
  • You are comfortable managing distributed global teams, setting clear priorities, and holding people accountable
  • You naturally bring order to chaos and know how to turn ideas into repeatable, documented systems
  • You are clear, concise, and confident in cross-functional team environments
  • You have advanced Excel skills and the ability to handle big data
