With performance marketing operating at 9-figure scale, the business has moved beyond experimentation and into a phase where sharp, well-executed optimization creates meaningful growth. They’re now looking for a Head of CRO to own the end-to-end customer journey - from first touch through repeat purchase. This role isn’t about chasing marginal gains. It’s about designing high-impact experiences that convert better, retain longer, and scale cleanly as the business grows. You’ll have the freedom to think big, move quickly, and turn strong ideas into changes that clearly show up in revenue.


YOUR MISSION

As Head of CRO, you’ll act as the architect of the brand’s conversion engine. You’ll take full ownership of the CRO strategy, identifying new opportunities to deepen product–market fit through structured, insight-driven testing. Working in fast, focused sprints, you’ll help bring high-impact experiments to life across the funnel - from advertorials to upsells - ensuring every initiative is designed to drive measurable results.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Analyze funnel data and user behavior to identify bottlenecks and prioritize a testing roadmap focused on RPU + LTV.
  • Own the strategy for front-end assets (quizzes, listicles, VSLs) and back-end sequences (OTO hooks, subscription stabilizers).
  • Oversee a cross-functional team, setting clear KPIs and streamlining workflows to deliver high-quality conversions.
  • Stay on top of elite direct response brands and maintain a swipe file to fuel constant innovation.
  • Monitor tests in real-time and iterate on strategies to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement structured feedback loops and centralized dashboards for real-time visibility into conversion KPIs.


WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of CRO experience, preferably at a high-growth DTC brand.
  • You live and breathe Direct Response copy and funnels, with a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals.
  • Able to develop big-picture strategies while digging into day-to-day tasks like flow buildout and performance analysis.
  • Proficient in conversion tools and data-oriented enough to track performance through spreadsheets and analytics.
  • A proven track record of improving LTV and driving attributed revenue through data-driven optimization.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you must adapt and solve problems on the fly.

  • Specific experience in the beauty, skincare, or anti-aging industry.
  • A background in scaling brands from 8 to 9 figures with a focus on subscriptions.
  • Expertise in TikTok Shop and creator-driven conversion funnels.
