This is a full‑time, remote contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Conduct daily bid and budget optimizations across tCPA and tROAS frameworks to maintain peak efficiency while pushing high-volume spend
  • Relentlessly audit the Native landscape to identify winning funnels and offer structures, turning market insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Bridge the gap between data and design by briefing the Creative Team on the exact hooks and advertorial angles needed to win on Native
  • Own the strategy and execution across Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak (and whatever else you identify to scale) to ensure the brand dominates every major Native placement
  • Lead the pivot from quiz-based flows to high-performing advertorials, cracking the code on a channel that requires a unique psychological approach
  • Leverage TripleWhale and Voluum to provide a single source of truth for ncROAS, ensuring every dollar spent is accurately attributed


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a proven track record of managing $40k+ in daily ad spend for DTC brands
  • You have personally scaled at least one individual offer to $25k/day on Native platforms and kept it profitable
  • You move fluently through TripleWhale, NorthBeam, and Voluum, and you understand the nuances of tracking complex, multi-touch customer journeys
  • You arrive with a battle-tested framework for testing headlines and angles, allowing you to find winning creatives without wasting time or budget
  • You thrive on autonomy and are constantly hunting for the next 1% improvement or massive scaling lever without needing a roadmap from leadership


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have audited existing accounts, established tracking through TripleWhale/Voluum, and initiated the first round of advertorial tests
  • 60 Days: You have successfully cracked the advertorial funnel and scaled the top offer to a consistent $20k/day spend on Native
  • 90 Days: You have established a repeatable system for testing and scaling, expanded into 2+ offers, and are driving significant attributed revenue for the brand
