A fast-growing DTC brand in the beauty and wellness space is on a mission to become one of the most innovative and sustainable names in the industry. With strong momentum, a performance-first mindset, and a clear vision for scaling through world-class creative, the brand is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the entire creative strategy engine and help take paid social performance to the next level.


YOUR MISSION

The Creative Strategist will lead the development of data-informed, insight-driven ad campaigns that drive revenue and brand equity. From researching customer psychology to developing scroll-stopping scripts, and analyzing performance, this role is built for someone who thrives on creative experimentation and performance marketing.

This is a remote, full-time contractor position with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on performance-based growth.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Build ad strategies rooted in deep customer research and market insights, consistently launching creatives that contribute directly to revenue growth and ROAS.
  • Conduct structured creative research, including ad library reviews, competitor analysis, and audience listening, to uncover high-impact hooks, emotional triggers, and objections.
  • Write compelling, direct-response ad scripts and copy that increase click-through rates, engagement, and conversion across Meta.
  • Create detailed, actionable briefs for editors, designers, and creators that streamline production workflows, reduce turnaround time, and ensure output quality.
  • Analyze ad performance to identify winning elements and patterns, then systematically iterate and scale creatives that deliver measurable impact.
  • Design and execute creative strategies for new product launches to generate immediate traction, high engagement, and strong conversions.
  • Align closely with the founder and media buyer to ensure all creative output supports key business objectives and contributes to performance growth.


WHO YOU ARE

  • 2+ years in a high-performing creative strategy role, preferably with a top creative agency or scaling DTC brand.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Can balance big-picture creative vision with hands-on execution and tactical output
  • Able to manage multiple creative workflows and deliverables without missing a beat.
  • Clear, confident, and direct—especially when articulating creative rationale or giving feedback.
  • Always testing, learning, and iterating—never complacent.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • A Direct Response background and knowledge of more than just creative strategy such as funnels, landing pages and offers.

30 Days: Onboarded, fully immersed in brand tone, creative systems, and first briefs delivered.

60 Days: High-performing ad concepts live, iterating on early winners.

90 Days: Building scalable frameworks, driving measurable growth, and leading creative direction.
