• You thrive in high-growth environments, with experience scaling e-commerce businesses from €10M toward €100M+
• You don't have a 9-5 mindset; you are a relentless, proactive force who creates impact without waiting for permission
• You understand the Meta/TikTok growth ecosystem and have a proven track record of successfully taking local brands into international markets
• You are elite with numbers, possessing a "Margin Killer" instinct that allows you to find leaks and implement fast, data-driven solutions independently
• You possess an obsession with speed and execution, maintaining disciplined accountability while building deep, personal loyalty with your team

Bonus points if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in running operations and cross-functional department collaboration
• Direct experience in premium fashion or apparel DTC 
• Proven track record of Germany/UK market entries
• Past founder/co-founder experience in e-commerce
