- You understand the Meta/TikTok growth ecosystem and have a proven track record of successfully taking local brands into international markets
- You are elite with numbers, possessing a "Margin Killer" instinct that allows you to find leaks and implement fast, data-driven solutions independently
- You possess an obsession with speed and execution, maintaining disciplined accountability while building deep, personal loyalty with your team
Bonus points if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in running operations and cross-functional department collaboration
