Most growth roles stop at media buying. This one owns the entire DTC acquisition engine, from Meta ads and creative strategy to offers, advertorials, funnels, landing pages, and conversion.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to scale DTC brands end-to-end: unlocking new audiences, building winning funnels, improving conversion performance, and turning paid traffic into profitable long-term growth.
You’ll work directly with the founders while leading the entire DTC growth function across Meta, Shopify, pre-landers, and funnel optimization inside a fast-scaling beauty and wellness brand.

The company has scaled rapidly by combining strong creative, subscription-focused economics, and high-converting direct response funnels. Their growth engine is heavily driven by Meta acquisition, with a strong focus on advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and offer-led funnels designed to unlock new audiences at scale.
The team operates remotely with a lean, highly performance-driven structure. Decisions are made quickly, ownership is expected at every level, and the company values people who move fast, think independently, and care deeply about execution quality and results. The founders are highly involved in growth strategy and are looking for someone capable of fully owning and scaling the DTC side of the business.
This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role aligned with CET working hours.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
This role is focused on scaling the DTC acquisition engine through audience expansion, funnel optimization, and high-performance creative execution.
You will:

Own the full DTC growth engine across Meta ads, funnels, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, landing pages, offers, and Shopify conversion

Identify and prioritize new audiences, offers, and funnel opportunities capable of unlocking additional scale

Collaborate closely with creative strategists, editors, copywriters, developers, and CRO specialists to launch high-converting ads and pre-landers quickly

Analyze Meta and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks, winning patterns, and scaling opportunities across the customer journey

Build structured testing systems and creative feedback loops that improve execution speed and performance quality

Improve offer positioning and subscription economics while aligning acquisition performance with long-term profitability targets

Manage and mentor the DTC growth team while maintaining high execution standards and testing velocity

Expand into additional acquisition channels like Google and Native as the DTC engine continues scaling
WHO YOU ARE
- You’ve scaled 8–9 figure DTC brands through full-funnel acquisition systems across Meta ads, pre-landers, Shopify, and conversion optimization
- You understand direct response marketing deeply, including audience psychology, offer positioning, funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and landing page conversion
- You have experience leading high-performing DTC growth teams and driving execution across creative, CRO, and acquisition
- You are highly analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable making scaling decisions based on data and profitability metrics
- You operate with high ownership, move quickly, and don’t need constant direction to execute
- You are proficient with Meta Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Claude, Notion, and Slack
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working CET-aligned hours
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: Fully audit the DTC acquisition engine, understand the current winning creatives, funnels, offers, and audiences, while identifying key bottlenecks and launching initial audience and funnel tests.

60 Days: Identify and scale at least two new winning audiences and funnels while implementing a structured testing system that improves execution speed and iteration quality across the team.

90 Days: Fully own and operate the DTC growth engine, with multiple high-performing funnels scaling simultaneously and expansion into additional acquisition channels underway.
