A fast-growing DTC men's hygiene brand is looking for a Creative Strategist to take full ownership of their creative output.

You'll be leading a full in-house creative team, working with agency partners, and running a testing operation that's moving to 200 creatives a month.

The team is founder-led, highly performance-driven, and built around rapid iteration, strong creative, and direct customer feedback loops. Their goal is ambitious: scale aggressively, compete with major category leaders, and become one of the defining brands in the space.

This is a fully remote, full-time role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This role is focused on scaling creative output quality, testing velocity, and performance across Meta and future acquisition channels.

You will:

  • Research new trends, audiences, hooks, and creative angles capable of unlocking new scale opportunities
  • Analyze ad account performance and identify winning patterns across creatives, hooks, formats, and messaging
  • Write scripts, develop concepts, and create performance-driven creative built for Meta acquisition
  • Build detailed creative briefs and provide revisions, QA, and feedback to editors and creators
  • Collaborate closely with video editors, agencies, creator outreach, and founders to improve output quality and execution speed
  • Help scale creative testing volume to 200 creatives a month while maintaining strong performance standards
  • Participate in weekly creative and performance reviews to improve feedback loops between ads and results
  • Contribute directly to creative direction and growth strategy as new channels like TikTok Shop and Taboola are introduced


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 3+ years of experience working with DTC brands doing $20M+ in annual revenue
  • You understand direct response creative deeply: hooks, scripting, UGC, VSLs, native images, and performance-driven ad structures
  • You are comfortable researching trends, developing new angles, and translating insights into scalable creative concepts
  • You can operate with full autonomy without needing constant direction
  • You are proficient with Meta Ads, Notion, Claude, Foreplay, Atria, and AdSpy
  • You are fluent in English

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with consumable niche in the DTC space
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop creative or native/display formats like Taboola

  • 30 Days: Winning creatives are already taking spend, showing strong early signals, and contributing fresh angles and concepts into the ad account.
  • 60 Days: Creative testing volume and quality have increased significantly, with multiple concepts actively scaling and stronger feedback loops driving faster iteration.
  • 90 Days: Your creatives consistently become some of the top-spending assets in the account, while the creative system operates with higher output, stronger structure, and improved performance.
