Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven DTC brand built around confidence and self-expression. After scaling rapidly through a single pheromone scent trend in 2022, they’ve expanded into a full range of fragrances and self-care products with a mission to build a globally recognized women’s confidence brand.
They hit $10M in revenue last year and are now on a mission to 2x their run rate to $20M+ by dialing in on efficiency and world-class creatives. They are looking for a full-time, dedicated Creative Strategist who is obsessed with the details and wants to be all-in on their brand.
YOUR MISSION
You will be the bridge between data and production, owning the creative loop to increase their hit rate of winning ads. You aren't just a brief-writer; you are a researcher, a storyteller, and a performance analyst who can feed their creative department with high-impact strategy.
This is a remote, full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- You will be the primary driver helping them scale from $10M to $20M+ this year by building a sustainable "winner" factory.
- You’ll have the freedom to test 10-20+ unique concepts per week, with the license to take big swings on new "hooks" and emotional triggers.
- Use Motion and Air to dissect data like a scientist, then turn those insights into "scroll-stopping" creative that defines the brand's voice.
- You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team of 4-5 video editors and a UGC manager, turning your scripts into high-production realities.
- Move beyond standard "aesthetic" ads, you’ll be mastering the art of the Mashup and UGC, formats that have successfully run for over a year on their account.
- You’ll be at the forefront of the industry, utilizing AI tools to speed up concepting, research, and scripting to keep us ahead of competitors.
- You won’t be just another "cog in the wheel"; you will work directly with the Founder and Head of Paid to influence the brand’s long-term creative identity.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–5+ years of experience in creative strategy for 8–9 figure DTC brands (in-house experience is non-negotiable).
- You have a deep understanding of direct response principles. You know why an ad converts, not just why it looks "good".
- Proficient in Notion, Motion, Air, and Slack, and up to date with utilizing AI for ad concepts.
- You value regular communication and are excited to sit down with the team to brainstorm and solve problems together.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 30 Days: Fully onboarded, audited the ad account and creative library, and delivered your first batch of briefs.
- 60 Days: Established a high "hit rate" with your concepts, showing clear improvement in efficiency and communication with the editors.
- 90 Days: Systematically creating monthly winners that contribute to their goal of doubling their run rate.
