We're now looking for someone who will help us grow the business itself.
This isn't a traditional sales role where you'll spend every day dialing hundreds of prospects. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating systems that generate opportunities, and continuously improving how we attract and convert ideal clients.
You'll own large parts of our business development engine from outbound campaigns and partnerships to nurturing warm leads and improving our sales operations. If you're excited by the idea of helping shape how a growing company wins clients, you'll fit right in.
This is a full-time contractor position.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns through email, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships, and other creative channels
- Identifying and researching ideal clients within eCommerce brands and digital marketing agencies
- Managing our outbound systems and continuously improving messaging, sequences, targeting, and conversion rates
- Following up consistently with warm prospects and keeping opportunities moving through the pipeline
- Running discovery calls to understand hiring challenges and position Prosana's services effectively
- Preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing for prospective clients
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing new business opportunities
- Developing strategic partnerships that generate qualified referrals and long-term business opportunities
- Managing and growing our newsletter audience while improving newsletter operations and engagement
- Maintaining an organized CRM with accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Conducting regular check-ins with prospects and existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities
- Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to help shape our commercial strategy
- Continuously testing new growth initiatives, sales processes, and AI tools that improve efficiency and results
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or agency growth
- You have experience selling B2B services, ideally to founders, marketing leaders, HR leaders, or executives
- You enjoy building relationships and naturally earn people's trust
- You're highly proactive, you don't wait to be told what to do and enjoy creating new opportunities
- You have experience managing outbound sales or lead generation campaigns
- You have strong commercial judgment and know how to uncover client needs instead of simply pitching services
- You're comfortable negotiating proposals and closing deals
- You enjoy improving systems and processes rather than simply following them
- You think like an entrepreneur and enjoy taking ownership of business outcomes
- You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously
- You're data-driven and enjoy measuring conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales performance
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, automation platforms, and AI tools to improve productivity
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- You thrive in a fast-moving, remote environment where initiative is rewarded
