WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Identify and research potential influencers, content creators, and industry experts who align with the brand's values and target audience
- Work with the team to develop influencer marketing strategies, including campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and conversions
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all parties are aligned on goals and deliverables
- Provide clear creative guidelines and coordinate timely product shipments to ensure high-quality, on-brand content
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to repurpose influencer content across paid ads, organic social, and email
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement while tracking ROI and KPIs
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 1–2 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within a DTC brand
- You have a proven ability to negotiate and close influencer deals while building lasting relationships
- You have a track record of running sales-oriented, paid-partnership campaigns that deliver
- You are data-savvy, with experience using influencer marketing tools (Aspire, GRIN, Lumanu)
- You are a creative thinker with an analytical mindset for optimizing campaign performance.
