This is a full-time, contractor position supporting a Team on the CET timezone.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
- You own the CRO department, with a dedicated in-house developer and designer at your disposal
- Work directly with founders and a network of 8-9 figure entrepreneurs
- As the company scales toward 9 figures, you will be the key player in their global expansion
- This is a 100% remote contractor position, allowing you to work from anywhere
WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Lead the CRO department from strategy to execution, ensuring every part of the funnel is optimized for maximum performance
- Analyze website data, heatmaps, and customer surveys to identify friction points and uncover high-impact testing opportunities
- Build and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap that moves the needle on RPV and CVR
- Work directly with the COO and marketing team to align UX improvements with overall brand growth
- Oversee the deployment of at least one major test per week, scaling up to a high-velocity testing culture across all pre-landers and funnels
- Document and share results via Notion, turning every win and loss into institutional knowledge for the entire team
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a proven track record of running end-to-end CRO programs for DTC brands or agencies generating €10M+ in annual revenue.
- You understand the psychology of persuasion and have experience building high-converting landing pages and funnels
- You are expert at turning website data, heatmaps, and customer surveys into actionable hypotheses that move the needle on CVR and RPV
- You are ready to take full ownership of a department, comfortable managing direct reports to ensure high-quality, high-velocity execution
- If you have specific experience in the high-growth Supplement or Health & Wellness sectors is a major plus
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
