If you’ve ever looked at an ad account and instantly knew what to scale, what to cut, and where the opportunity is, this role is for you.

You’ll help scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, and Applovin, with the opportunity to test and expand into new channels. If you’re data-driven, creative in how you approach testing, and obsessed with ROAS.


WHO THEY ARE

The idea started with a simple observation: most people don't have time to work out, but everyone moves through their day. So what if the clothing itself did the work? The brand makes activewear with built-in resistance, engineered to turn everyday movement into exercise without asking anything extra from the person wearing it.

That idea resonated. The brand scaled to 500K monthly sessions almost entirely on paid - Meta, Google, and AppLovin - selling into the US, Canada, and DACH markets with a team of 20. It's a lean operation with strong product-market fit and a direct response model that lives by campaign performance.


Now the business is expanding to new geos, new product lines, influencer just getting started. Paid is still the engine, and this hire is the person who makes sure it keeps running efficiently. 


This is a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the CEO.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO 

This role is focused on managing and improving paid media performance across key channels.

You will:

  • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and Applovin
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS and key metrics
  • Test and validate new advertising channels (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, native)
  • Develop and execute testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and campaigns
  • Identify winning audiences, placements, and budget allocation strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative team to improve performance through better ideas and execution
  • Monitor performance through tools like TripleWhale and platform analytics
  • Participate in weekly marketing reviews to analyze performance and plan next steps


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have experience managing paid media campaigns for DTC/ecommerce brands
  • You have worked as a media buyer in an 8-figure ecommerce brand (non-negotiable)
  • You have strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • You are comfortable analyzing performance and making decisions based on ROAS and campaign data
  • You have experience in testing campaigns and improving performance through iteration
  • You can work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
  • You are comfortable collaborating with creative and marketing teams
  • You are fluent in English


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days

Full audit of Meta, Google, and AppLovin, from campaign structure, creative performance, budget allocation, and attribution. Come out of month one knowing exactly what's working, what's wasting spend, and a prioritized plan for both optimizing existing channels and testing new ones. 

60 Days

First round of optimizations live across existing accounts with measurable improvement in acquisition efficiency. In parallel, initial tests are running on at least one new channel; enough structure and budget to get a genuine read on whether to scale or move on. 

90 Days

Existing channels are running with a structured testing cadence and improved efficiency. At least one new channel has passed experimentation and is generating profitable acquisition worth scaling. A clear playbook for how we test, evaluate, and expand.
