This role supports one individual across their personal life and day-to-day responsibilities while they run multiple businesses in e-commerce and mobile apps. You’ll help manage logistics, planning, coordination, and follow-through, making sure everyday details are handled smoothly so nothing important gets overlooked.
This is a highly personal, trust-based role for someone who enjoys supporting others, stays on top of details naturally, and takes pride in making life run more smoothly behind the scenes.
YOUR MISSION
To take ownership of the founder’s personal logistics and day-to-day coordination, ensuring plans are organized, decisions are supported with research, and execution is handled calmly and reliably.
You’ll act as a personal point of support: anticipating needs, managing details, and following through, so the founder can stay focused on priorities without needing to manage the mechanics of daily life.
This is a full-time contractor role based in Warsaw/Poland, with a flexible hybrid setup.

- Managing and optimizing their personal calendar

- Managing a personal email inbox: filtering, flagging priorities, and following up
Personal Finance & Administration
- Tracking and documenting personal expenses
- Preparing and arranging payments and transfers
- Communicating with accountants, tax advisors, banks, and service providers
- Organizing and maintaining personal documents and records
Health & Wellness
- Scheduling regular health checkups and blood tests
- Booking doctors, specialists, and treatments (including abroad when needed)
- Researching options and presenting clear, structured recommendations
Home, Social & Lifestyle
- Coordinating home-related services (cleaning, laundry, repairs, deliveries)
- Handling shopping for personal items, clothing, supplements, and essentials
- Organizing private events, social plans, and guest logistics
- Arranging travel and accommodation for visiting guests
Personal Projects & Travel
- Owning personal projects end-to-end
- Building complete travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transport, schedules)
- Researching and comparing options, presenting clear summaries
- Coordinating bookings, payments, and logistics
WHO YOU ARE
