YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to transform market research and performance data into a high-velocity "winning ad" machine. You will take full ownership of the creative lifecycle: identifying new hooks, sourcing the right creators, and iterating on winners to unlock new avatars and scale spend profitably. You aren’t just following a brief; you are building the engine that makes creative production faster, smarter, and more effective.
This is a remote, full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Perform deep-dive customer research and analyze competitor strategies to identify the "whitespace" others are missing while maintaining a constant pulse on the market.
- Develop 5–10 high-converting ad concepts per week backed by psychological triggers, ensuring a robust creative pipeline that prevents account fatigue.
- Write high-precision briefs and oversee execution by collaborating with the UGC Manager and editors to deliver assets that align perfectly with the strategic vision.
- Track metrics to understand the "why" behind every win or loss, using that data to make every new ad iteration smarter than the last.
- Iterate on winning concepts to maximize profitable spend, consistently improving the "Hit Rate" and allowing the brand to scale with maximum efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of experience and a documented track record of success with high-growth brands, specifically managing and scaling accounts with $500k+ in monthly ad spend.
- You have a deep understanding of Meta creative best practices and use KPIs like ROAS, Ad Spend, and "Hit Rate" to validate every move.
- You are organized, proactive, and excel at collaborating within a high-operating team environment.
- You don't rely on "creative gut" alone. You treat every ad as a variable in a larger experiment, using hard metrics to validate hooks and angles before they ever hit the feed.
- You have a deep understanding of eCommerce and a relentless drive to move the needle on performance.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industries.
- Experience with ad tools like Atria or Motion.
