Most brands talk about creative as a priority. This one lives or dies by it.
Rosabella is a fast-growing, bootstrapped DTC supplement brand - Meta-first, and scaled to nine figures in around a year of going DTC. The team is already shipping 80–100 creative concepts a week and wants more, better, faster. The infrastructure is there, the training culture is real, and the founders are genuinely in the room.
What's missing is senior creative talent that can carry the weight from day one - not learn on the job while the account takes the hit.
This hire fills a specific gap. Right now, two or three people are carrying the entire ad account. That doesn't hold at this scale. Rosabella needs operators who already know how to write for a sophisticated market, build hooks that convert, and think through an entire 3-4 minute narrative - or a 4,000–8,000+ word native static ads on meta - before they touch a brief.
If you've written winning ads for supplements or similarly demanding categories, you genuinely live in long-form direct response, and you want to work directly with founders at a brand doing serious volume - keep reading.
WHO THEY ARE
Rosabella is bootstrapped and Meta-first. In around a year of going DTC, it scaled to nine figures and became one of the fastest-moving brands in the supplement category - while building the internal systems to match.
Rosabella is founder-led, and stays that way on purpose. One of the founders has already had a multi-seven-figure ecommerce exit, and the team now runs a portfolio of eight- and nine-figure DTC brands. The co-founders are active, accessible, and involved in creative strategy at a level that's unusual for a brand this size. Decisions move fast, feedback loops are tight, and the strongest performers get real ownership of a product line as the company scales.
The creative team is split into two pods - video and long-form statics - with eight strategists plus recently onboarded agencies. The culture rewards people who go deep, not people hunting for the quickest path to a finished ad.
This is a fully remote contractor role.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
-
Uncapped earnings: Competitive base plus a percentage of spend. Top performers are clearing serious numbers monthly, and bonus multipliers run periodically across the whole team.
-
Founders in the room: Direct access to co-founders who are hands-on with creative and open about how the business works. Rare at this scale.
-
Product ownership path: Strong performers move into senior strategist roles owning a specific product line, with higher pay and more autonomy.
-
Best-in-class training: Internal training program plus the founders themselves as direct resources. If you want to get better, this is the place.
-
Equity upside: Once they've proven themselves, integral team members are brought into a vesting structure ahead of the planned company sale.
WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
This role is focused on producing high-converting Meta creatives across both video and long-form static formats, at volume and at quality.
You will:
- Write full ad concepts from hook to close, including narrative-driven videos running 2 to 4 minutes and long-form native static ads up to 4,000–8,000+ words.
- Brief video editors with enough detail that execution doesn't require back-and-forth, referencing specific scenes, visuals, and structure.
- Identify winning angles by studying market sophistication, audience awareness levels, and what's actually driving spend in the account.
- Iterate fast inside a weekly creative review cycle using ClickUp and Motion to track progress and collect feedback.
- Contribute to testing volume as the team scales toward and beyond 100 concepts a week with agencies onboarded.
WHO YOU ARE
-
Proven direct response copywriter with experience writing for supplement brands or similarly high-sophistication DTC categories.
-
Long-form capable, whether that's 3 to 4 minute video scripts or 10,000-word native static ads, you understand how structure, pacing, and persuasion work across length.
-
Meta-native, you know what a winning hook looks like, how to read performance signals, and how to translate data into better creative.
-
Deep thinker on creative, willing to sit with an ad, question every scene, and not take the easy shortcut when the brief calls for more.
-
Self-directed, comfortable operating without constant oversight while staying aligned with team direction.
-
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience writing long-form copy, VSLs, or long-form native ads on Meta
- Experience with other Meta-first businesses in a category similar to supplements (health, wellness, beauty)
- Familiarity with AI video formats, claymation, or organic-style ad production
- Experience with Motion, ClickUp, or ad research tools
- strategists, creators, VAs, or creator operations teams
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
-
This is not a content creator role. You lead creators. You do not produce the content yourself.
-
This is not a pure ops or analyst role. If your strongest output is in spreadsheets, this is not the seat.
-
This is not a delegator role. You execute alongside the team every day. If you are looking to manage from above and let the team do the work, this is not the seat.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
-
21-30 Days: You've completed onboarding, internalized the brand voice and audience, and have your first concepts in the pipeline, showing you understand the product, the market, and what kind of creative this account actually needs.
-
30-45 Days: You're producing independently at full pace, your hit rate on briefs is strong, and at least some of your concepts are live and pulling spend data in the account.
-
45-60 Days: Your creatives are consistently among the top-performing ads in the account. You've moved past learning mode and you're contributing to how the team thinks about angles, formats, and what to test next.
