A DTC hair care brand with a core product designed to simplify grey hair coverage compared to traditional dye solutions. The brand has scaled rapidly through paid social, with creative volume and quality acting as the primary growth lever.

YOUR MISSION 

Your mission is to be the Integrator who stabilizes the internal heartbeat of the company. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily output, ensuring the marketing department and broader team operate with surgical precision. You aren’t just managing tasks; you are building the "Operating System" for the entire brand, implementing the tracking, documentation, and workflows that turn individual talent into a collective powerhouse.

This is a remote, full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

The role is to build the engine that powers their growth. You’ll move between high-level strategy and deep execution, ensuring that as they scale, their quality and speed only increase.

Operational Excellence & Standards

  • Instill a culture of elite performance, ensuring the team moves efficiently and internal/external communication is lightning-fast and professional.
  • Own the tech stack (Discord, Slack, ClickUp) and use automation with tools like Zapier or similar software to turn manual bottlenecks into streamlined workflows.
  • Be the custodian of the company’s "Source of Truth," creating and updating the documentation that makes our growth repeatable.

Project & Performance Management

  • Work alongside the Creative and Performance teams to ensure assets are delivered on time, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks in ClickUp.
  • Ensure monthly performance reports are accurate and delivered on time, providing the data needed to make strategic decisions.
  • You are the conductor ensuring every project stays on its tracks, from client onboarding to team syncs.

Talent Acquisition & HR

  • Lead the hunt for new A-players, from drafting job posts and screening video applications to coordinating final interviews with the founder.
  • Own the first 30 days of every new hire’s journey, ensuring they are integrated into our systems and understand their KPIs from day one.
  • Act as the bridge between leadership and the team, clarifying roles, collecting feedback, and building a high-trust remote environment.

Strategy & Innovation

  • Work directly with the founder to set OKRs, track agency targets, and bridge the gap between "vision" and "revenue."
  • Constantly hunt for new solutions and innovations to make the business leaner and faster.



WHO YOU ARE

  • You have previously managed operations for high-volume DTC brands or agencies.
  • You lead with high empathy and high accountability and know how to motivate A-players and keep morale high.
  • You don't just use project management tools; you dominate them. You are an expert at building automated, transparent environments in ClickUp.
  • You understand performance marketing, creative workflows, and the urgency of high-growth brands.
  • You have a lot of attention to detail; you catch the "red flags" before they become problems and your documentation is flawless.
