Creative Strategist (Supplement Subscription Brand)

Do you want to take ownership of creative in a brand at the point it enters the U.S. market?


We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to own how creative is developed, tested, and scaled across paid social.


You will work directly with the founders to build a structured, performance-driven creative function that supports customer acquisition in a highly competitive environment.


WHO THEY ARE

A DTC group operating in the supplement and health space, currently generating $4–5M in annual revenue. After several years of performance in European markets, they are now focused on launching a new premium, custom-formulated subscription-based brand in the U.S.


The team is lean with clear ownership and a strong focus on execution::

  • Each person owns their area end-to-end without fragmented responsibilities or handoffs
  • Ideas move quickly from concept to testing, with a strong focus on output
  • Creative and strategy decisions are guided by results, not opinions
  • The structure is intentionally lean, with direct access to decision-makers
  • Decisions are made quickly, with a bias toward action over overplanning


This is a remote, part-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Own and execute the creative strategy across Meta, including ads, landing pages, and presell flows
  • Build a structured testing approach to identify and scale effective creative concepts
  • Lead a team of editors, providing clear briefs and feedback to improve output quality
  • Identify and manage UGC creators to produce content aligned with performance goals
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and CPA, and adjust direction based on results
  • Work closely with the founders to align creative with growth targets and budget allocation
  • Contribute to positioning, messaging, and offer development for the U.S. market
  • Support the launch of new products and ensure creative aligns with long-term brand direction


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 1+ years of experience in DTC creative strategy or performance marketing
  • You understand how creative drives performance on Meta and can link output to results
  • You can translate customer insights into clear creative direction and concepts
  • You are comfortable giving feedback and improving the output of editors and creators
  • You work independently, take initiative, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the supplement, wellness, or male performance space focusing on Monthly Recurring Revenue
  • Experience working on early-stage brand launches
