A fast-growing DTC brand in the health and wellness space is on a mission to redefine natural health through world-class products, storytelling, and customer empathy. With a performance-first mindset, a positive and ambitious culture, and strong momentum across multiple top-selling SKUs, the brand is seeking a Creative Strategist to elevate its creative strategy function and drive campaign performance to new heights.
This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic thinking for a portfolio of high-performing health and beauty products, including weight loss solutions, skincare, and supplements, while also playing a central role in scaling a key product line.
YOUR MISSION
To own the creative strategy process from end to end, transforming deep customer insights into high-converting ad campaigns. You’ll bring structure, leadership, and creativity to a team that’s hungry to grow, helping increase win rates and campaign quality through smarter systems and strategic innovation.
You’ll work closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams, media buying, funnel building, and design, to ensure every idea aligns with performance goals and brand vision. You’ll focus on the brand’s most important products while empowering your team to level up their strategic thinking and output.
This is a remote, full-time contractor position.
