A fast-growing DTC brand in the health and wellness space is on a mission to redefine natural health through world-class products, storytelling, and customer empathy. With a performance-first mindset, a positive and ambitious culture, and strong momentum across multiple top-selling SKUs, the brand is seeking a Creative Strategist to elevate its creative strategy function and drive campaign performance to new heights.

This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic thinking for a portfolio of high-performing health and beauty products, including weight loss solutions, skincare, and supplements, while also playing a central role in scaling a key product line.


YOUR MISSION

To own the creative strategy process from end to end, transforming deep customer insights into high-converting ad campaigns. You’ll bring structure, leadership, and creativity to a team that’s hungry to grow, helping increase win rates and campaign quality through smarter systems and strategic innovation.


You’ll work closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams, media buying, funnel building, and design, to ensure every idea aligns with performance goals and brand vision. You’ll focus on the brand’s most important products while empowering your team to level up their strategic thinking and output.


This is a remote, full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Drive performance through creative strategy by owning campaigns for top-performing products and directly improving win rates, CTRs, and CPAs.
  • Turn insights into revenue by mining customer psychology, reviews, and competitor analysis to craft concepts that resonate and convert.
  • Produce high-impact creative briefs that align with performance goals and give designers and editors everything they need to execute winning ads.
  • Build scalable systems for ideation, testing, and feedback that streamline the creative process and reduce guesswork.
  • Launch and iterate high-performing campaigns weekly, using performance data to double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.
  • Mentor and elevate the creative strategy team, providing clear direction, structure, and feedback to improve quality and consistency.
  • Bridge creative and performance teams, collaborating closely with media buyers, funnel builders, and designers to bring concepts to life.
  • Lead creative innovation by testing new formats, messaging angles, and content types to stay ahead of market trends and improve ad effectiveness.


WHO YOU ARE

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in direct response creative strategy for eCommerce or DTC brands.

Performance-Driven: Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, creative testing, and what makes ads convert.

Customer-Centric: Empathetic thinker with the ability to deeply understand customer psychology and translate insights into compelling ad concepts.

Creative Leader: Comfortable guiding other team members, giving feedback, and raising the bar on creative output.

Systems-Oriented: Skilled at building and refining scalable systems for ideation, briefing, and creative optimization.

Clear Communicator: Able to articulate ideas and feedback clearly across departments and stakeholders.

Proactive & Growth-Minded: Always learning, testing, and iterating—driven by impact, not ego.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve immersed yourself in the brand and product ecosystem, audited current creative workflows, and are contributing to key campaign initiatives.

60 Days: You’ve established clear processes, led successful new creative launches, and improved internal feedback and briefing loops.

90 Days: You’re driving a noticeable uplift in win rates, leading strategy for high-impact products, and setting the vision for scaling creative systems long term.


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  1. A brief conversation to discuss your background, experience, and alignment with the role
