We are seeking a powerhouse Social Media Manager for a high-growth DTC e-commerce incubator behind several category-defining health, wellness, and beauty brands. They have mastered performance marketing; now, they need a strategic leader to take full ownership of their organic presence and bridge the gap between social engagement and web conversion.

YOUR MISSION

As the Social Media Manager, you will be the single owner of the organic social ecosystem and website front-end updates across the brand portfolio. Reporting to the Creative Manager and Founders, you will plan and execute social strategies that drive brand affinity and revenue. You aren't just a "poster"; you are an operator who ensures the brand vision is consistent from the first TikTok swipe to the final checkout page.


This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Plan, source, and execute social media strategies across IG, FB, TikTok, and Email channels.
  • Be hands-on in sourcing high-quality UGC, writing high-converting scripts, and producing content that resonates with an aesthetic-focused audience.
  • Ensure all brand websites are up-to-date, coordinating with web developers to implement front-end changes that align with social campaigns.
  • Utilize Asana to manage projects and Google Docs to build comprehensive creative briefs for the editing team.
  • Work daily with video editors and creative strategists to ensure every piece of content meets the brand’s high aesthetic standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and iterate on strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 3–5 years of experience working with 8–9 figure health and wellness brands.
  • You know how to create a "look" that feels premium and trustworthy, inspired by top-tier aesthetic brands.
  • You don’t just have ideas; you execute them. You are proficient in UGC sourcing and can write scripts that stop the scroll.
  • You are comfortable working with web developers and understand the basics of what makes a high-converting landing page work.
  • You live in Asana and Google Docs, building briefs so clearly that creative teams can execute perfectly on the first try.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environments and are motivated by building something elite.

  • A portfolio of viral organic content in the beauty/skincare niche.
  • Experience scaling brands with a strong focus on subscriptions and retention.
  • Deep expertise in TikTok marketing and commission-based creator programs.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have fully immersed yourself in the brand strategies, audited existing social channels, and established a seamless workflow in Asana.
  • 60 Days: The "machine" is running. You are actively managing optimized campaigns and presenting regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • 90 Days: You have established a high-volume, high-quality content engine that is driving measurable organic growth and contributing to the brands' 9-figure goals.
