They aren't looking for a high-level manager to sit in meetings; they need a hungry executor who thrives in the trenches of DTC marketing. If you are a performance-obsessed marketer who can turn data into viral creative concepts, this is the role for you.
YOUR MISSION
You will take full ownership of the growth engine for our clients' international expansion. You will bridge the gap between technical performance and creative strategy, moving the brand from founder-led ads to a high-volume, systematic production machine. Your goal is to increase the creative "hit rate" and scale winning concepts to dominate the $100M+ men’s health category.
This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week (Wednesdays) in the Amsterdam office.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Writing 30+ compelling, direct-response ad scripts and hooks per week, focusing on persuasive storytelling and "scroll-stopping" copy for Meta and TikTok.
- Analyzing ad account performance weekly to identify winning elements and patterns, then systematically iterate on concepts to maintain a high creative "hit rate".
- Building and managing scalable systems for creative testing, creator sourcing, and content analysis to improve the speed and volume of deliverables.

- Sourcing and managing UGC creators and high-profile brand ambassadors (UFC fighters, boxers), providing detailed direction and briefs to ensure high-performing content.
- Leading senior video editors and designers by providing actionable briefs that streamline production workflows and reduce turnaround time.
- Conducting structured market research and competitor analysis to uncover emotional triggers and objections from our core buying personas.
- Working closely with the founders and CRO team to ensure all creative output connects seamlessly with landing page optimizations and business growth goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce (brand or agency), ideally in health, beauty, or skincare.
- You aren't afraid to do the manual work from sourcing creators to troubleshooting campaigns.
- You have a deep understanding of direct response copywriting, viral frameworks, and psychological hooks.
- You speak the language of CAC, ROAS, and Retention. You don't just "feel" what works; you prove it with data.
- Native Dutch Speaker.
- You provide quick, clear responses in a fast-messaging work culture and think in solutions, not problems.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 30 Days: You’ve mastered our clients brand voice, integrated with the editors, and taken over the weekly creative inflow.
- 60 Days: You are independently scaling concepts for the US/UK markets and have significantly improved the creative "hit rate."
- 90 Days: You have built a robust system for iteration and creator sourcing that consistently drives international revenue growth.
