Over 100,000 people have made this brand part of their daily ritual. The product works, the community is growing, and the paid channel has real volume behind it. What hasn't kept pace is what happens after someone clicks - the landing page experience that should turn genuine curiosity into a customer who stays.
That's the gap this role exists to close. Not through one-off tweaks, but through a proper conversion function: a structured testing roadmap, direct response thinking applied to real wellness audiences, and a consistent feedback loop between what the ads promise and what the pages deliver.
WHO THEY ARE
Founded by two brothers who grew up watching their mother choose nature over quick fixes, this is a DTC wellness brand built around the belief that health should be supported at the root and not managed on the surface. That conviction became a product, and that product became a community of over 100,000 daily users across the UK.
The team is lean, remote, and moves fast. There's no management layer second-guessing your test hypotheses or month-long approval cycles before a page goes live. The culture is direct and collaborative, built around three principles - Speed, Simplicity, and Scale - with a strong emphasis on ownership and doing the work that actually moves the business forward.
This is a fully remote, full-time role.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
-
Ownership of the CRO function - Take full control of testing strategy, landing page optimization, and funnel experimentation
-
Direct collaboration with the founder - Work closely with leadership on strategy, testing priorities, and growth opportunities
-
High-impact testing environment - Significant paid traffic means faster learnings, clearer insights, and tests that materially impact the business
-
Flexibility in execution style - Operate as a hands-on all-rounder or grow into leading a small CRO function over time
-
Remote-first environment - Results matter more than micromanagement
WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO
- Build a CRO roadmap from the ground up, making the calls on what gets tested, built, scaled, or cutÂ
- Launch ad-specific landing pages where the hook, the offer, and the audience are genuinely aligned, reducing the gap between what brought someone to the page and what converts them
- Write and structure pages around how wellness customers actually make decisions, with conversion as the primary measure of success
- Run a consistent split testing cadence across PDPs and landing pages that generates clear, actionable learnings rather than inconclusive noise
- Work closely with the Replo developer to get tests live quickly and iterate on what's working without losing momentum
- Build a documentation system that captures test results, learnings, and revenue impact in a way that compounds over time
- Contribute to broader decisions around offer positioning, funnel structure, and the customer journey as the function matures
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience in DTC ecommerce, building, running, and analyzing tests end-to-end
- A strong grasp of direct response copywriting and how customer awareness levels should shape what a page says and how it's structured
- Comfortable with the tools like Replo, Shopify, GA4, heatmaps, Triple Whale, Intelligems, and able to pull meaningful insight from performance data
- A clear understanding of how ad creative, offer positioning, and post-click experience connect as a system rather than isolated levers
- Able to operate with initiative and independent judgment, without needing a fully scoped roadmap handed over at the start
