A fast-growing men's hygiene brand is looking for a CRO Manager to take full ownership of conversion across the business. The function is yours to build, with direct access to leadership and real room to make an impact.

The team is founder-led, highly performance-driven, and built around rapid iteration, strong creative, and direct customer feedback loops. Their goal is ambitious: scale aggressively, compete with major category leaders, and become one of the defining brands in the space.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Build the CRO roadmap from scratch, hypothesis framework, testing priorities, and measurement system
- Launch multiple landing pages and advertorials each month, briefing designers and developers to execute
- Increase CVR, AOV, RPV, and subscription opt-in rates across the funnel through structured testing
- Build and optimise advertorials, listicles, upsell flows, cross-sells, and subscription experiences
- Analyse what top-performing DTC brands are doing and bring proven strategies into the brand
- Report test results and performance impact directly to the founder on a regular basis
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a proven track record in CRO within DTC eCommerce brands doing serious revenue
- You've built advertorials, listicles, landing pages, and multi-step funnels from scratch
- You understand RPV, CVR, AOV, and subscription opt-in rates and how they connect to the bigger picture
- You know how to form a hypothesis, structure a test, and act fast on the results
- You're comfortable briefing and working directly with designers and developers
- You stay current on the best CRO tools and testing methodologies and bring that knowledge in
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You understand the brand messaging, the target audience, and the current funnel. Your first hypotheses are formed and your testing roadmap is in place.

60 days: Tests are running consistently, results are being tracked properly, and the first meaningful improvements to CVR or AOV are visible.

90 days: The CRO function is operational. There's a clear system for ideation, testing, and iteration, and the numbers are moving in the right direction.
