At Prosana, we help eCommerce startups and marketing agencies build world-class teams by finding and placing performance-driven professionals - from media buyers, creative strategists, to CRO specialists. Now, we’re looking for someone like you to fuel our candidate pipeline with qualified, motivated, and mission-aligned talent from across the globe.
YOUR MISSION
Your primary mission is to serve as the go-to expert for pinpointing and identifying top-quality candidates in the performance marketing and e-commerce space. You will use the latest headhunting tools and techniques to discover high-potential talent and add them to our pipeline for further review by our recruitment team. By uncovering strong leads, you’ll play a critical role in helping Prosana deliver on its promise to place the right people in the right roles for maximum impact.
This is a full-time contractor role.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Strategically sourcing passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Boolean search, and referral channels
- Lead sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill or high-priority roles, advising recruiters and clients on market realities and candidate availability
- Experimenting with new sourcing methods and tools to stay ahead in a fast-moving talent market
- Crafting personalized, high-converting outreach messages that attract top-tier candidates
- Building and maintaining a proactive pipeline of marketing and eCommerce specialists for priority roles
- Partnering with internal recruiters to deeply understand role requirements and target candidate profiles
- Managing and updating our ATS, ensuring every lead is tracked and followed up on effectively
- Monitoring hiring trends and market shifts to inform our sourcing strategies and talent maps
- Mentor and support junior sourcers or coordinators, sharing best practices, tools, and troubleshooting guidance
WHO YOU ARE

Experience: You’ve sourced international talent for eCommerce and performance marketing roles and are comfortable navigating global hiring markets

Tools-Savvy: You’re highly proficient with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Boolean search techniques. Bonus if you’ve used automation tools and advanced sourcing stacks

Strategic & Hands-On: You can think big-picture about building pipelines and sourcing strategies, while also executing day-to-day tasks like outreach and tracking candidates in the ATS

Organized Operator: You’re detail-oriented and methodical, keeping candidate pipelines clean, up-to-date, and easy for the team to collaborate on
