HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

Pipeline Ownership: Source talent globally using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Boolean search, and actively explore AI-powered tools to sharpen every step of that process

Sourcing Strategy: Lead sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill roles, and advise the recruitment team on market realities, talent availability, and the fastest path to qualified candidates

Constant Experimentation: Test new sourcing methods, automation tools, and AI applications to increase both the speed and quality of the pipeline

Proactive Pipelines: Build proactive talent pipelines for priority roles in performance marketing and eCommerce, so the team is never starting from zero

Close Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and craft highly targeted candidate profiles

Market Intelligence: Track hiring trends to stay ahead of where the best candidates are moving
WHO YOU ARE

Experienced Sourcer: You have hands-on experience sourcing international talent for eCommerce and performance marketing roles

Tools-Savvy: You're highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Boolean search, and you know how to combine them effectively

AI-Forward: You're genuinely excited about AI sourcing tools. Whether it's AI-assisted outreach, automated research workflows, or emerging platforms, you've explored them and you're always looking for the next edge

Strategic & Hands-On: You think big-picture about pipeline building while executing the day-to-day with precision: research, outreach, tracking, and follow-through

Growth-Minded: You're curious by default. You read about new sourcing tools, test them early, and bring back what works

Remote-Ready: You're comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment using tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace to stay aligned without needing to be micromanaged
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience building or managing sourcing automation workflows
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools specifically designed for recruitment (e.g. Metaview, Findem, Pin, Gem, or similar)
- Experience mentoring junior sourcers or sharing best practices across a team
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You know our role types, the market, and the tools. You're running searches and have already flagged tools or techniques worth testing.
60 Days: Pipelines are producing qualified candidates consistently and your sourcing experiments are adding value to our team.
90 Days: You're a reliable engine for the recruitment team: proactive pipelines, strong quality, and a clear point of view on where AI should play a bigger role at Prosana.
