They’ve mastered performance marketing; now, they are looking for a creative architect to take their brand identity to the global stage. YOUR MISSION

As the Brand Strategist, you will be the guardian of the brand’s soul. Your mission is to own and evolve the brand’s positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across every single touchpoint. You will translate high-level business goals into a clear, social-first content strategy that drives massive awareness, deep community engagement, and long-term brand affinity. You aren't just following trends, you are setting them, ensuring the brand remains differentiated.

This is a full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Define and refine the brand’s tone of voice and messaging to ensure it remains resonant and consistent across an expanding product line
  • Develop social-first content strategies that prioritize organic growth and brand affinity while supporting broader commercial goals
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to identify high-performing organic concepts for paid amplification, while partnering with the Retention team to ensure a seamless brand voice across all Email and SMS touchpoints
  • Lead the conceptualization of brand shoots, from mood boards and shot lists to ensuring content fulfills the needs of paid, social, and lifecycle channels
  • Act as the internal pulse on audience behavior and digital culture, ensuring the brand remains a leader in the wellness conversation
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to continuously optimize content performance and brand sentiment

  • You possess a deep understanding of brand building and have a track record of scaling identity for high-growth consumer brands
  • You can bridge the gap between "big picture" brand concepts and the technical execution of social-first content
  • You have an innate ability to spot emerging trends and translate them into brand-relevant opportunities
  • You have a high standard for visual and written excellence, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of the brand

  • Experience in the premium skincare, wellness, or anti-aging sectors
