They aren’t looking for someone to just "manage" what already exists; they need a high-energy Product Manager who can build the machine, optimize the portfolio, and drive go-to-market excellence. Reporting to the executive team, you will be the engine behind the growth, turning strategic chaos into operational clarity across their US and global markets.


YOUR MISSION

As the Product Manager, your mission is to bridge the gap between visionary brand strategy and flawless execution. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that every launch, from initial fragrance brief to the moment it hits the warehouse, is executed with precision, on budget, and in complete alignment with the brand’s long-term commercial goals. You aren't just managing products; you are architecting a 3-year brand calendar that will define the future of the category.

This is a full-time, remote contractor role supporting a team working on CET timezone.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Roadmap Ownership: Manage the 3-year brand calendar, ensuring the timely execution of all core products and seasonal launches.
  • Commercial Analysis: Monitor forecasts and analyze COGS to ensure every launch meets specific margin and sales targets.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Use performance data to recommend reformulations, repackaging, or value analysis to keep the brand competitive.
  • End-to-End Briefing: Supervise the development of Manufacturing, Creative, and Fragrance briefs with meticulous technical accuracy.
  • Fragrance Development: Evaluate new scents and ancillary submissions in direct collaboration with global fragrance houses.
  • Supply Chain Orchestration: Partner with Logistics to track inventory as it hits the warehouse and ensure seamless launch transitions.
  • 360° Launch Execution: Coordinate with agencies to develop the digital assets, PR, and POS materials required for global customer acquisition.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in global product development and operational marketing within the beauty category.
  • You are skilled at managing complex paperwork, ensuring every component is on time and within budget.
  • You are comfortable with dashboards and competitive analysis, using data to make recommendations for reformulations or repackaging.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, startup-minded environments and have a proven track record of rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
