Our client is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Media Buyer to join a fast-growing, premium clothing brand focused on aesthetic, vintage-inspired fashion. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising efforts across Meta and TikTok.

YOUR MISSION
As the Media Buyer, your core mission is to manage and scale daily budgets efficiently while continuously analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns for overall profitability. You will own the execution of paid advertising efforts, drive profitable growth, and develop and execute robust testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Your immediate goal is to help test their increasing creative output of 30–40 ads/week effectively, and scale their monthly ad budgets from €50K-€100K per month and beyond, while maintaining a healthy ROAS.
This is a fully Remote position. While we prefer Full-Time (40 hours/week), we offer flexibility to begin at 30 hours/week for an exceptional candidate. We welcome applications from across Europe.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You have fully integrated with the marketing team, audited existing campaign structures, and implemented your initial testing frameworks (creatives, audiences) on Meta and TikTok.
60 Days: You are actively managing and scaling daily budgets , providing clear weekly performance reports , and demonstrating measurable optimization for ROAS and profitability.
90 Days: You have successfully launched campaigns on secondary platforms (e.g., Google or Pinterest) , identified new channels for revenue growth , and solidified a long-term collaborative structure with the creative team.
