A CRM Manager is needed for a fast-growing European DTC health and wellness brand operating across multiple markets. The role owns the full email lifecycle: campaign planning, flow optimization, segmentation, and performance analysis. The infrastructure is in place, the team is established, and CRM already drives around 25% of monthly revenue. Your mission is to take ownership of day-to-day CRM execution, optimize performance and unlock the next stage of growth. 


Multi-country segmentation, a loyalty program, product-specific flows, and Klaviyo as the backbone with WhatsApp as a supporting channel. That's the environment this person needs to thrive in.


Please note: This role requires fluent German (C1/C2 or native level), as all CRM communication and collaboration are conducted in German.

A founder-led German DTC health and nutrition brand selling meal replacement shakes, collagen, protein supplements, and probiotics. They started as an online shop and grew into one of Germany's fastest-growing health brands, with products available through their own subscription-first webshop and in major German retail chains. The brand is profitable, growing fast, and built around a product people genuinely love.


This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being based in Hamburg over time. Candidates open to relocation are encouraged to apply, and generous relocation support is available. Fluency in German is required.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Plan, build, and send email campaigns end to end in Klaviyo: from initial concept through briefing copy and design to final send
  • Build and optimize automated customer journeys across the full lifecycle: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, and beyond
  • Manage segmentation across multiple markets and product lines, including country-specific flows for Germany, Italy, and Spain
  • Run systematic A/B testing across subject lines, content, send times, and segments, and turn results into concrete optimizations
  • Coordinate with WhatsApp (Chatarmin) as a supporting channel, particularly for campaign reminders and launch sequences
  • Contribute to cross-channel campaign planning alongside performance, brand, and product teams
  • Track and review campaign KPIs weekly, with monthly channel performance analysis in GetKlar and Notion
  • Bring fresh ideas to the CRM roadmap: new automation approaches, loyalty touchpoints, and channel development


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have solid hands-on experience in CRM and email marketing within a DTC or eCommerce environment
  • You are fluent in German and have working proficiency in English
  • You are proficient in Klaviyo: you have built templates from scratch, configured flows, and constructed segments from raw data
  • You understand multi-market and multi-product CRM complexity, not just single-list batch-and-blast
  • You have hands-on A/B testing experience and know how to build a proper testing cadence
  • You have a feel for brand voice and can brief creative that sounds like the brand, not like a conversion template
  • You are built for scale-up speed: weekly sprints, shifting priorities, and a high volume of concurrent work don't throw you off
