We are partnering with a category-defining DTC brand in the premium beauty and anti-aging space that is redefining the industry with advanced red light therapy devices and micro-injection systems. 

They are now looking to bring on board an exceptional Creative Strategist. They aren't looking for someone who "occasionally" thinks about creatives. They need an executional force - a Creative Strategist who understands that massive scale is unlocked through a high output of data-backed ideas and a rigorous testing engine.


YOUR MISSION

As the Creative Strategist, you will act as the vital connector between media data and creative execution, turning audience insights and performance signals into a steady stream of sharp, test-ready creative briefs every week. Your goal is to build the framework, define the experiments, and produce the concepts that lower CPAs, increase ROAS, and unlock continuous, profitable scale.


This is a full-time contractor role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Design, write, and finalize a high volume of structured, testable creative briefs for Meta and TikTok.
  • Act as the bridge between Media Buying and Creative teams, transforming CPA, ROAS, and CTR metrics into actionable creative hypotheses.
  • Implement and manage a rigorous A/B testing structure focused on systematic iterations of angles, hooks, and scripts.
  • Mine customer feedback loops and audience research to identify new Work hand-in-hand with editors and media buyers to ensure briefs are executed accurately and performance data is immediately cycled back into new ideas.
  • Write initial ad copy (hooks, headlines, body text) to establish core value propositions for the execution team.
  • Develop and document scalable creative briefing systems to maximize speed from inception to launch.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance-driven creative strategy specifically for Meta and TikTok ads.
  • You have a proven track record of creating a high volume of structured creative briefs for a fast-scaling DTC brand or performance marketing agency.
  • You live in the ad platform data, with a strong grasp of CPC/CPA economics and LTV optimization, and possess the ability to extract insights from metrics and turn them into new creative hypotheses.
  • You have experience testing creative systematically (iterations, variations) and know how to organize concepts into clear, repeatable testing frameworks.
  • You are highly skilled at working cross-functionally with media buyers and editors to ensure tight execution and rapid feedback loops.
  • You are deeply embedded in social media culture and trends, with a strong pulse on what’s emerging organically on TikTok and other platforms, and can translate these trends into relevant, performance-driven creative directions for the brand.
  • You are comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance creative research, ideation, scripting, or workflow efficiency.
