WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Analyze heatmaps, scroll depth, and session recordings daily to identify where persuasion breaks and revenue leaks.
- Transition the brand from intuition-based tweaks to a high-velocity, data-driven testing pipeline.
- Ensure ad hooks from the creative team align perfectly with the on-site experience, fixing mismatches that drain ad spend.
- Design and test new bundles, price points, and upsell flows to maximize RPV.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Shopify developer and UI/UX designer to transform your wireframes into live experiments.
- Implement on-site incentives to reduce the current 40-45% Amazon spillover rate, aiming to keep more sales directly on the site.
- Partner with the CEO, Creative, and Media Buying teams to ensure seamless message match and creative continuity from the initial ad click through to the final conversion.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3-6 years of experience in direct-response marketing or CRO, specifically for high-growth DTC brands.
- You have recent, verifiable experience running funnels for brands with a massive footprint (ideally 200+ active ads in the Meta Ads Library).
- You don't just test; you understand direct-response copywriting and instinctively know what moves a buyer to act.
- You spot patterns in complex data quickly without falling into analysis paralysis.
- You are comfortable managing designers and developers to ensure tests are launched flawlessly and fast.
Bonus points if you:
- Are proficient with Intelligems, Funnelish, or CheckoutChamp.
- Have a background in subscription-based models or bundle optimization.
- Understand paid media metrics deeply (CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margin).
