Are you a performance-driven strategist who understands that the strongest lever for scaling an account isn’t just all inside the ad campaign setup, but the creative itself?

Our client is a digital-first brand focused on high-volume acquisition and direct-to-consumer scale. They are currently looking for a Creative Strategist to take full ownership of the creative testing pipeline for an established and expanding Meta account. If you are a practitioner of conversion psychology and have a proven track record of translating account data into scalable creative frameworks, this is an opportunity to lead strategy for a high-velocity brand.

YOUR MISSION

Your primary objective is to increase the creative "hit rate" across all active marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategic process: extracting insights from performance data, developing high-converting concepts, and architecting the creative roadmap. You will act as the vital link between quantitative account analysis and qualitative creative production to ensure every asset is engineered for maximum efficiency.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Direct Growth & Scalable Compensation: As the company grows, you grow. You can expect salary increases as the brand hits new milestones, alongside a clear path to leadership.
  • Strategic Ownership: Lead the creative direction for a brand that prioritizes rapid testing and data-backed decision-making.
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: You will receive monthly bonuses directly tied to the ad spend of the creatives you produce.
  • High-Growth Environment: Join a lean, high-performing team where your impact is visible and rewarded.
  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the world with flexible hours.
  • Time Off & Team Retreats: Enjoy 15 days of paid annual leave, all public holidays and yearly team retreats in tropical locations.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Design detailed frameworks for UGC video scripts and static ads to produce high-converting production briefs that provide clear direction for creators and editors.
  • Monitor Meta metrics to identify fatigue and failing hooks to deliver actionable pivot strategies and iterations that maintain account stability and scale.
  • Deep-dive into consumer behavior and competitor funnels to uncover new creative "angles" and messaging pillars that keep the brand ahead of the market.
  • Write native-feeling, direct-response scripts and ad copy to create polished, persuasive content that drives immediate clicks and conversions.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to align creative volume with growth goals and maintain a consistent "hit rate" of winning ads that support a high-volume marketing budget.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are an expert at writing UGC scripts and conceptualizing high-impact image ads.
  • You have a deep understanding of direct-response marketing, including hook rates, hold rates, and the psychological drivers of a conversion.
  • You stay on top of the latest trends and understand the aesthetic requirements of social-first content.
  • You are comfortable navigating performance dashboards and using those insights to dictate your next creative move.
  • You possess native or near-native English fluency.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have audited the account’s creative history, identified the current top-performing pillars, and deployed your first series of original, data-backed concepts.
  • 60 Days: You have successfully scaled at least two new creative angles and established a consistent workflow for testing new hooks weekly.
  • 90 Days: You have measurably improved the account’s "hit rate," creating a library of stable, high-performing assets that allow for consistent growth.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Step 1: Initial screen to review your creative background, portfolio, and overall fit.
  • Step 2: Deep-dive interview focused on your creative thinking, ad concepts, and testing mindset.
  • Step 3: Practical task to see how you structure and write a creative brief for ads.
  • Step 4: Final interview with the leadership team.
