To shape the creative direction of the brand’s marketing efforts and lead the development of high-performing campaigns that resonate with their audience. You’ll own the end-to-end creative process, from uncovering insights and developing ad strategies to analyzing performance and iterating for success. Your work will directly impact the brand’s growth and its mission to redefine sleep wellness.

Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, working with DTC brands (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty)

Data-Driven: You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and know how to translate data into actionable creative strategies

Hands-On Strategist: You’re comfortable diving into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective
Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong Communicator: You have excellent English skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies.
