They are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to develop concepts, manage shoots and agencies, and produce winning ideas for paid social.
You’ll collaborate with the Creative Strategist and run an in-house studio that ships content at high velocity.

Creative Strategy & Concept Development
- Analyse top-performing ads and develop new angles, hooks, and narrative frameworks
- Build briefs for editors, creators, and agencies
- Use performance insights to iterate on concepts rapidly
- Work with AI tools to generate concepts, variations, or performance-optimised creative ideas
Production & Shoot Management
- Plan and manage small-scale shoots
- Coordinate creators, freelancers, and agency partners
- Oversee asset delivery, ensuring output aligns with the brief and performance needs
Performance & Insight
- Monitor ad performance to identify winning patterns
- Propose rapid creative iterations based on data
- Document learnings to improve creative testing velocity
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of what makes an ad perform
- Strong portfolio of short-form and long-form content
- Confident giving direction to creators, editors, and agencies
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple creative workflows
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube patterns
- Organised, decisive, and comfortable directing talent
- Excited about experimenting with AI-powered creative to produce high-velocity ads
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You’ve learned the brand’s creative style, supported concept development, and contributed to early briefs.

60 days: You’re independently managing segments of the creative workflow, from ideation to briefing to reviewing edits, while tracking performance patterns.

90 days: You’re confidently leading your own concepts from brainstorm to delivery, managing production partners, and consistently contributing ads that win in paid social.
