This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Lead a 15+ person team, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent onboarding of creators across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee thousands of monthly videos, minimizing the time from product delivery to live, high-performing content.
  • Mentor the outreach team, refining workflows in tools like Euka and Growi to improve efficiency and results.
  • Adapt outreach strategies and messaging for the UK and European markets to drive successful launches and sustained growth.
  • Work closely with Creative Strategists to analyze performance data and give creators actionable feedback to boost content ROI.
  • Maintain a steady flow of top-performing organic content for the internal media buying team to deploy at scale each week.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 5+ years of experience in affiliate, creator, or influencer marketing, specifically within high-velocity TikTok Shop or DTC environments.
  • You are systems-oriented, not just managing people, but building SOPs, qualification frameworks, and tracking systems that allow massive scale without sacrificing quality.
  • You are comfortable managing thousands of creator relationships and overseeing content output of 5,000+ videos per week.
  • You are a tooling expert with deep hands-on experience in affiliate management software like Euka, Influencer Hero, or similar performance-focused platforms.
  • You view creator marketing through the lens of performance, focusing on CAC, GMV, and creator retention as your primary north stars.
